Best Company was the first site I visited, and it has an overall star review rating of 3 out of 5 stars. Let’s start with the good reviews, some customers expressed their happiness with the customer service and internet . Most of the good reviews are from 2-4 years back, there are good recent reviews, but they are very few in comparison to the ones from years back. Some customers wrote about their friendly customer service, fast and reliable internet and good offers. Next, I visited ConsumerAffair and the site had an overall star review rating of 3.8 out of five stars. Even with that good star rating, I had to switch pages before I found a good review. Some customers talked about how it was cheaper in comparison to other companies. Here’s one of the good reviews: Last Words There were a lot of complaints concerning Google Fiber’s customer service. Here’s what a customer had to say about Google Fiber’s customer service: My experience was inhumane. Customer service gave a reason for the numerous unauthorized withdrawals out of my account. Bill was paid. Thank God I checked my acct. Customer Service lies, false info & extremely rude. Please Never Use Google Fiber!!!! There were also other complaints on internet outages, unreliable tech support, internet speed, misinformation and more. After reading through different reviews, it seems like Google Fiber phone service has a lot of improvements to make.
