This mid-range device is built around a 6-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution of 720×1440 pixels. Under the hood, the MediaTek Helio P60 SoC operates in tandem with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage to keep the Gionee M30 working. As of the time of this report, the exact Android version the device will run is still unknown, with reports hinting at the Android Nougat OS.

The camera department offers efficiency and simplicity, as a single 16MP rear camera with an LED flash handles photography duty, while an 8MP selfie cam takes care of video calls and selfies up front. A 10,000mAh battery that supports fast charging at 25W ensures that this device can stay turned on for extended time periods. This massive battery can also be used to power other devices via USB cable. The Gionee M30 measures 160.6×75.8×8.4 mm and is seemingly heavy at 305 grams. Currently, this smartphone is available in just one storage variant, an 8GB+128GB model that costs $202 and is expected to go on sale in China from the 31st of August. There are no confirmed reports yet regarding the availability of this device in other regions.
