In 2019, Infinix Mobility announces the Note 6 with XOS, its custom implementation of Android OS. This appears to be a silent exit of the programme. The company had released the Note 5 and Note 5 Stylus as Android one smartphones the year before.

In August 2020, Xiaomi scraps the next smartphone in its Android One list, Xiaomi Mi A4, and announces that it is leaving the Android One programme. The Mi A3 becomes the last Xiaomi Android One phone. This leaves Nokia as the only player fully vested in the Android one programme.
